SEPTEMBER 2021: We are open for light lunches and drinks, Wednesdays to Sundays (see Opening Hours for more). Thank you for your patience and support during what has been an extremely challenging year and a half for our village inn.
Hidden away in the historic Tudor village of Chiddingstone, Kent, The Castle Inn is a traditional English village inn with great food and drink, a cosy interior and a pretty garden that’s perfect for soaking up the summer sunshine. A grade II* listed building, which dates back to the early 15th century, The Castle Inn features many historic features such as the fireplaces, tiled floors, oak panelling and bars. With a focus on local produce, freshly prepared food and a handpicked selection of wines, spirits and beers, including the much-loved Kentish real ales from Chiddingstone’s Larkins Brewery, The Castle Inn offers a real flavour of England.
